Lab Members - Prasanna Ramachandran
Prasanna Ramachandran joined our lab in the summer of 2003. She is primarily interested in developing techniques for proteomic profiling of saliva for the detection of diseases. Some of the tools employed by her include gel electrophoresis (1D and 2D), glycoprotein pulldown using the hydrazide resin, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and LC-MS/MS. Prasanna earned her Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India.
